Wide-Eyed Wonderer

I actually put in some effort to do my tuition homework, so that I could get a copy of this ultimate summary of the subject which I was denied last week, but was given to someone who did one more page than me [! >:( ] Then dear teacher said that I did the wrong one and refused to give me a copy till I showed all my completed work on the weekend. After I'd quite kindly run many paper-carrying errands for him, the ingrate. Hence I decided - screw integrity! - and obtained a copy to zap from generous 'Naki who found it all very funny. I shall still do my work but I refused to be threatened with five pieces of paper. Hmph.

Took the bus home, the one that passes through Lil' Yindia and Geylang. It was night. I sat on the wrong side of the bus again! Managed to spot some houses in the alleys across the road with red lanterns hung across the entrance, in the notorious lorongs. So that's where the sleaze is. At the Ho Kee pau restaurant area, there was a forty-ish man with his arm wrapped around an equally wrinkling auntie (not to discriminate but she looked like she was from China). There isn't really another word for it; the auntie was dressed like a tart in black and red with a neckline all the way to below the sternum (hah couldn't resist!). And wrinkly skin too. eeyucks.

CIP tomorrow. That knn@#$@ classmate pulled out. Never mind, I shall treat it as a rest from work.
