The Importance Of Random Thoughts

I went to try out the Yishun Safra rock wall with tamaleh today. The place is nice, but they charge too much for too little. You pay more for taller walls and you have to start and stop within the same slot. They have three slots a day, morning 8-11.30 or something like that, 1.30-5.30 and 6-9.30. Meaning you can't go from like 4-7 without paying more, and if you want to pay for the afternoon slot, you have to stop at 5.30pm.

There was a gorgeous evening scene at the reservoir pool or something with all the water and golden ripples and it really pains my heart to not have a camera. Maybe getting an ex-er and heavier camera that I'm less willing to carry around defeats its purpose.

After that we went lanning, ate KFC and went home.

I was dozing on the bus and listening to two NSmen talk. One was saying how his SAF bond prevents him from changing university subjects that he doesn't like. It was quite interesting to eavesdrop on.

I've realised that listening to music through earphones is baaaad for me. When I do that, I stop daydreaming and stop letting thoughts and random ideas float around. I don't observe all the interesting stuff around me. I'm zonked out. Bad!

I really should go back to Yishun with my camera at least to take photos. The mobile's photo quality is pathetic as you can see.

Reading above, I seriously think I'm becoming too auntie.

When did I sour into a cantankerous old crone who gripes about money stuff and petty little things all the time? Time for a personality check.

I ripped these photos from some Singaporean nature-group websites. The bottom one is from this site: http://thebluetempeh.blogspot.com/ . I love the eyecandy. Maybe I'll get to take such stuff next time.
