Inky Whirls

I woke up far far far too early this morning and felt inspired. And hungry.

I was washing out another grungy old fishtank. Freshwater, so it wasn't as complicated but twice as dirty. Wanted to medicate the water to hopefully limit algal growth, so I found an old bottle of Methylene Blue solution. Strong stuff - my fingers are still blue from handling it.

I had some fun with the dye after I was done clearing up. Copied the idea from some arty banners that were used for some event last time at the Esplanade.

Mmm, I think I'll go take a nap.
