Elemental Fire

Last week's moth. Thought it looked rather macabre.

Close-up because I quite like macro shots.

The sky throbbed today. I had a grandstand view of Nature's wrath from the top deck of the bus on the way home, against a dusky landscape. Shivered under the air-con vents as veins of white-hot flame streaked and slashed the blue richness of the sky, scribbled horizontally in lazy lava streaks and speared the earth in bursts of multiple strikes.

And was sombre.
