Omawarisan! Stop that handphone thief!

Today was somewhat eventful.

I was the first one in class this morning. Went in when the lights were all out. It was creepy at first but became more tranquil than scary after a while. That's because I didn't turn on the lights.

The class was peaceful today. No further comment on that.

For PE, we this this water-polo game using ratty old footballs minus the water and polo ball. The game starts with teams at the ends of a hall and two balls placed together in the middle, and you scuttle on hands and legs facing upwards towards the ball. Standing or turning is a penalty, and it's horrible on the wrists. After Matthew from my class (who's a crazy gymnast) kept getting the balls at the very start, the teachers separated the balls so that he could only get one to reduce the (unfair?) advantage. I took over the other one, and hehehe I got it faster than the other class 80% of the time since I find it quite easy to rampage around like a manic human-crab. My hands died after a while though. Our class won in the end by a decent margin hurray.

After school, I went to the com lab for a while and leveled up to level 6 in MapleStory. I started yesterday. Hahaha. It's ridiculously retarded but kind of cute.

Went for chess later and got my attendance taken. I saw my secondary school Biology teacher along the way because RI had some event using our premises. Told him that we were learning about Acetylcholine now.

After that, Tamaleh and I stayed back to train for NAPFA. We ran 7.5 rounds each. I took nineteen minutes which was kind of sucky. Bleah. Don't wanna go Tekong early

Tamaleh's phone got stolen!

We put our bags on this chair beside the pullup bars then did some pullups. Tamaleh was brilliant enough to put his phone sort of in-between our bags so it was partly hidden. Then we went around this part-bend in the passageway to try doing the standing broad jump, where we could see the bars but not really see our bags. After failing miserably for five minutes, we went back to take our stuff.

I saw this Indian cleaner woman walking around our bags. Didn't think much of it. Till we found a visible gap where the phone used to be.

Can't really pin the blame on her I think. There were some RI kids going around too, but generally further from our bags. We found a teacher and she found the cleaner but of course there was no sign of it. Then later the person with the phone switched it to voicemail automatically.

Tamaleh was actually quite fine with it. He seemed rather happy. Stupid tamaleh. If it were me, I'd be hopping mad. Luckily my phone and wallet didn't go missing. They were in a bag pocket like 5cm away from his phone on the chair.

I'm quite shocked that petty theft this blatant actually happens in school like that. At least, this one. Ah wells.

On the way home, this old chinese guy with a rather thick dialect accent asked me how to get to City Hall, so I told him I was going there and he could follow me.

Going to see the NUS open house tomorrow and play LAN after. Hope I don't splurge too much.

Cheeriobyes
